Cancellation Policy

More than 3 Business Days (72 Business Hours) notice is required for any cancellations or rescheduling in order to obtain a refund. Any Cancellations within or changes made to an existing booking within 72 hours will NOT be refunded. For cancellations 72 hours before the course, a 25$ administrative fee will be applied. 

If there is any need to change or cancel a booking with more than 3 business days notice, please contact us at (613) 962-0222 during business hours, or email office@firstaidconnect.ca with your booking numbe.

Cancellation due to Covid

For cancellations due to to Covid, we will apply the full registration fee to the participants account as credit. This credit may be used to register for any of our future courses (within 1 year) after the student has recovered from Covid.
