Really thoughtful and comprehensive training. The instructor, Karim, was super nice, accommodating, and engaging. Everything was explained very clearly and I would definitely come back for any other course or for recertification!

Waleed was welcoming, friendly and took the time to meet me at my skill level during the training. He never rushed in his clarifications, creating an environment that made me feel comfortable to ask questions at any point and engage with other participants.

This was the third time taking my first aid and CPR course and it was my best experience yet. Normally in my past experiences, the day seemed extremely long, but Noor taught the class with a lot of passion and spoke in a way that kept me focused and attentive. He's very experienced and knowledgeable about what he's doing. Keep up the great work Noor!!

I completed the Canadian Red Cross course, and it was an outstanding experience! The instructor was highly knowledgeable, explained everything clearly, and made the training easy to understand. The hands-on practice was excellent, each participant had their own manikin, which provided plenty of opportunity to build confidence and practice the skills properly. The course was very well organized and professionally delivered. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for quality First Aid and CPR training.

First Aid Connect is just the best! Firstly, Kareem was such an excellent teacher. So knowledgeable and passionate. I loved learning from him he kept the class so engaging! I've done first aid enough times now and only after this class with Kareem I feel the most prepared. Also would like to point out the rest of the team who was SO accommodating to get me in the class and receive certification in time for my clinical requirements. So professional and accommodating! Safe to say I will always be going back to First Aid Connect from now on. Thank you all again!

I had a great experience with this BLS instructor. They were organized, informative, and made sure everyone understood each step before moving on. Their teaching style was calm, supportive, and very effective. I now feel much more prepared for real-life situations. Definitely recommend!
